Prior to forming Scarlett Recruitment, Gai Scarlett built a reputation over the span of 11 years within a large corporate recruitment firm for quality of service, professional ethics, business integrity & confidentiality and these core values remain central to everyone within Scarlett Recruitment. In line with our continued improvement goals, our internal staff attend training on a weekly basis to ensure that they maintain industry expertise.

We are retained by reputable fashion businesses to identify, source and evaluate individuals who stand out amongst their peers. These include individuals with a history of success in all areas of the fashion sector including designers, graphic designers, fabric buyers, production and manufacturing such as spec techs and patternmakers, QC and QA, supply chain and all levels of sales/marketing and brand management.
